Refund Policy

Digital content and the right of withdrawal
Readably Premium is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply once you have gained access to the digital content and have explicitly consented, at the time of purchase, to the immediate start of performance and to waiving your right of withdrawal.
When you subscribe to Premium through Paddle's checkout, you will be asked to give this consent before your payment is completed. Once you have done so and Premium access has been granted, the withdrawal right no longer applies to that purchase.
All sales are final
Because of the above, all Premium purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once access to Premium has been granted, including for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
Exceptions
Exceptions — for example in cases of duplicate charges, proven technical failure, or other circumstances Paddle considers appropriate — are handled at the discretion of Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record for all Premium transactions. Paddle's own refund policy, available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy, governs how such exceptions are assessed and resolved.
